The 2015 MD&A includes corporate governance disclosure relating to the board of directors and the audit committee of the Limited Partnership as prescribed by applicable securities laws. This disclosure was omitted in error in the management discussion and analysis filed by the Limited Partnership for the year ended December 31, 2014 (the "2014 MD&A") and applies equally in respect of the 2014 MD&A.
