Ellipsiz Communications Ltd. Announces Changes to Directors & Officers
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/29/16 -- Ellipsiz Communications Ltd. (formerly NXA Inc.) (TSX VENTURE: ECT) (the "Company") announces that Mr. Mark Yin, director of the Company, has resigned from the board of directors for personal reasons. The Company is in the process of identifying and selecting a replacement director. In addition, Mr. Douglas Bolton, Vice-President - Finance, will be leaving the Company upon the completion of the term of his consulting agreement, effective May 4, 2016. The Company thanks Mr. Yin and Mr. Bolton for their contributions and wishes them success in their future endeavours.
