(the "Company") reports that effective April 28, 2016 it has ceased to be a reporting issuer in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador.
