Theravance Biopharma Announces Proposed Public Offering of Its Ordinary Shares

(NASDAQ: TBPH) today announced that it intends to offer, subject to market conditions, 4,250,000 ordinary shares in an underwritten public offering. Theravance Biopharma also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 637,500 additional shares.
