Evaluation Notes Accellion's Breadth of EFSS Capabilities and High Customer Satisfaction

Forrester evaluated vendors in the hybrid EFSS solution marketplace with particular emphasis on usability, ease of sharing with external participants, security, and flexibility in supporting customers not ready for a cloud-based EFSS solution.
With respect to Accellion and its secure content platform, kiteworks, Forrester noted a breadth of capabilities that contributed to its performance. In particular, Forrester cited:

As part of the evaluation process, Forrester conducted vendor interviews and Accellion''s customers gave "high ratings for usability, particularly for search, file sharing, and mobile."
