HighStep helps Anliker reintegrate another injured worker

HighStep finds a solution to bring a crane operator back to work thanks to the innovative HighStep Lift.

(firmenpresse) - The company Anliker, one of the most important players in the construction industry in Central Switzerland, has been a supporter of HighStep since the installation of the System on one of their cranes in 2013. Behind this installation there was a fruitful collaboration between the company and the Social Insurance Institute of Zurich (SVA Zürich) which decided to finance the project: as you can see in this video broadcasted on the Swiss television, one crane operator was able to return to work thanks to HighStep after a shoulder injury. This was only possible with a climbing system that does not require the arms to climb.

Following the very positive experience Anliker had with the system, they contacted HighStep again when another of their crane operators had some physical problems that prevented him from climbing on a conventional ladder.

HighStep found a solution to this problem with its newly certified Lift. Reaching his workplace will now be fast, easy and require no physical effort whatsoever.

The only thing he has to do is step on the Lift, activate the handles and enjoy the view from the top of the 35-meter high Liebherr crane in Menzingen (Switzerland). Thanks to HighStep the company managed to keep on the job another worker and his precious expertise, without any additional costs because the social insurance company financed this project.

Anliker proves again to be a company that respects and values its employees, even when they are unfortunately victims of injuries or physical problems. And HighStep proves again to be the ideal solution in this situation, answering the needs of the construction company, of the insurance and of the worker.
