At the meeting, shareholders approved the waiver of the application of the company''s shareholder rights plan to the proposed acquisition of Pinetree common shares by 2507492 Ontario Ltd. and the 1-for-100 share consolidation, and confirmed the amendment to the company''s general by-law to reduce the quorum for shareholder meetings to 10%.
