Southern Silver Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/22/16 -- Southern Silver Exploration Corp. ("Southern Silver" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SSV)(FRANKFURT: SEG1)(SSE: SSVCL) reports that Southern Silver has granted incentive stock options to directors, officers and consultants to purchase 1,350,000 common shares. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.11 per share for a period of five years and are subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Included in the options above, 75,000 options have been granted to the Company''s IR consultant to purchase up to 75,000 common shares of the Company over a five year period. The options shall be vested over the period of 12 months with 25% being exercisable every three months after the grant date.
