Honey Badger Exploration Announces Appointment of New Board Member
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/21/16 -- Honey Badger Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TUF) ("Honey Badger" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Ms. Judy Baker has been appointed to its Board of Directors effective immediately.
Ms. Baker is a consultant with over 25 years of experience in capital markets including equity analysis, restructuring, fund management, and mineral exploration and mining company activity. She currently serves on the board of directors of Nemaska Lithium, Arbitrage Exploration and Star Gold. Ms. Baker holds an Honours B.Sc. Geological Engineering in Mineral Resources Exploration from Queen''s University (1990) and an M.B.A. from Ivey Business School (1995).
