Stephen Case Acquires Additional Common Shares of Fox River Resources Corporation
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/20/16 -- Stephen D. Case ("Case") announces that on April 20, 2016 he purchased 3,200,000 common shares (the "Acquired Shares") of Fox River Resources Corporation (the "Corporation") (CSE: FOX), representing approximately 7.75% of the currently issued and outstanding common shares of the Corporation ("Common Shares").
As of the date hereof, Case beneficially owns, or exercises controls or direction over, a total of 6,259,000 Common Shares ("Existing Shares"), representing approximately 15.2% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares. Case also holds options to acquire an additional 800,000 Common Shares. If the options were exercised, Case would beneficially own, or exercise control or direction over, 7,059,000 Common Shares, representing approximately 16.8% of the Common Shares which would be issued and outstanding following such exercise.
The Existing Shares were acquired for investment purposes. Case may, from time to time on an individual or joint basis, acquire additional securities of the Corporation, dispose of some or all of the existing or additional securities he holds or will hold, or may continue to hold his current position.
