Northisle Copper and Gold Inc. Announces Debt Settlement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/20/16 -- Northisle Copper and Gold Inc. (TSX VENTURE: NCX) announces that it has entered into a debt settlement agreement with a major creditor pursuant to which a $125,000 of indebtedness is to be satisfied by the issuance of 2,500,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.05 per share, subject to regulatory acceptance.
