(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: DMA) (OTCQB: DMCAF), is pleased to announce that, effective April 11, 2016, it has been continued as a federal corporation subject to the provisions of the Canada Business Corporations Act. The continuance was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Company''s Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders held on October 23, 2015.
