Oakham Announces Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/15/16 -- Oakham Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE: OKM.H) ("Oakham" or the "Company") reports that the Company proposes to complete a non-brokered private placement ("Private Placement") of C$200,000 through the issuance of 4,000,000 common shares at price of C$0.05 per share. Proceeds of the Private Placement will be allocated toward the Company identifying a Qualifying Transaction, and for general working capital purposes.
