Wamco Announces Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/15/16 -- Wamco Technology Group Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed a private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of $15,000 through the issuance of 300,000 common shares ("Common Shares") of the Company at a price of $0.05 per Common Share (the "Offering").
All Common Shares issued in connection with the Offering are subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
