("Everton" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: EVR) is pleased to announce that it has granted options to purchase up to 1,000,000 common shares of the Company to its Officers, Directors, and an employee at a price of $0.05 per share for a period of five years ending April 14, 2021.
