Eagle Energy Inc. Confirms April 2016 Dividend and Announces Annual Shareholders'' Meeting
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/14/16 -- Eagle Energy Inc. (TSX: EGL) ("Eagle") confirms its April 2016 dividend. The cash dividend to be paid on May 20, 2016, in respect of the period from April 1, 2016 to April 30, 2016, for shareholders of record on April 29, 2016 will be $0.01 per common share of Eagle. The ex-dividend date is April 27, 2016. Eagle''s dividend has been designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.

Eagle''s 2016 annual shareholders'' meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. MDT at the Calgary Petroleum Club, 319 - 5th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta. The record date for the meeting is April 26, 2016.
