Simlatus Corporation Agrees to Relocate and Work With the ERC

(OTC PINK: GRPR) -- Grid Petroleum Corp. announces today that it has made commitments with the Economic Resource Council of Nevada County, California to move its entire operations to their new ''Media Center'' within the next 60 days.
Gary Tilden, CEO, stated, "Our Company has had several onsite meetings with Jon Gregory of the ERC regarding relocating our facilities to their new ''Digital Media Center''. We have agreed to the space requirements and lease details and will finalize the lease agreement in the next few weeks."
In a published article released by the ERC, it stated ", also known as the ERC, recently launched an American Digital Media Leadership Campus task force to serve as a hub for emerging and existing companies focused on video technology in the county."
