Vista Dentists Partner With Smiles for Life Foundation to Benefit Kids in Need
In Collaboration With the Smiles for Life Foundation, Drs. John Coleman and John Coleman Ill Are Donating the Proceeds From Their Teeth Whitening Procedures to Help Underprivileged and Seriously Ill Children
(firmenpresse) - VISTA, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/05/16 -- For the next four months, cosmetic dentistry and helping the less fortunate have something in common. From March through June, the dental team at Coleman & Coleman Advanced Dentistry is offering a discount on teeth whitening. Dr. John Coleman and Dr. John Coleman III say to Smiles for Life, a charitable foundation dedicated to assisting children in need around the world. The explain that patients can choose between in-office and at-home brand name options at over 50% off the cost of traditional treatment, while benefitting kids in need.
Drs. Coleman and Coleman explain that the supplies will be donated by Ultradent, the manufacturer of Opalescence® and Boost. The Vista dental team will donate their time and expertise. As a result, they say that 100 percent of the proceeds will go toward helping children. Further enhancing the appeal of this cause is the reduced cost of treatment, which Drs. Coleman and Coleman say will be discounted by more than 50 percent.
Through Smiles for Life, the donations from this event will be split evenly between it and a local charity chosen by the participating dental office. Coleman & Coleman selected the Tri-City Foundation and the NICU, which offer medical assistance to women and children in the North San Diego County area. Therefore, underprivileged children living locally and around the globe can benefit from this good deed.
Drs. Coleman and Coleman are members of the Crown Council, a coalition of dental professionals who are committed to improving oral health in their communities. Smiles for Life is a division of Crown Council that is dedicated to children''s charities.
The founder of Coleman & Coleman Advanced Dentistry, is a dentist practicing in North San Diego County. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Georgetown University. Dr. Coleman has had extensive training in dental implantology and reconstructive surgery, and was the past President of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry''s Southwest Chapter. He is an active volunteer at the St. Vincent de Paul free Dental Clinic, as well as an active member of several prestigious dental organizations.
The son of Dr. John Coleman, earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University. He completed additional dental training at the Rosenthal Center for Aesthetic Dentistry. Dr. John is certified in Oral Conscious Sedation and has extensive experience with temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD). He is an active member of several esteemed dental associations, including the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the San Diego County Dental Association.
