Rising India, Inc.''s TomCat Films LLC Enters Domestic Servicing Deal to Expand U.S. Distribution Arm

(OTC: RSII), a company focused in undervalued opportunities in entertainment, media and hospitality, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary is entering into a domestic servicing deal with Tempe Entertainment, who will oversee distribution through TomCat''s .
In a service deal, a company takes over the distribution process. MVD is a full service music and movie distribution firm, exclusively representing thousands of audio and visual products for DVD, Bluray, CD, vinyl, and digital rights, worldwide.
MVD also exclusively distributes a growing line of merchandise including limited edition collectibles, tee shirts, and more. The deal will encompass TomCat''s ever-expanding DVD and Blu-ray lines as well as select digital/VOD opportunities, and includes TomCat''s prestige label, .
Founded by industry veteran J.R. Bookwalter, Tempe and partner Matthew Dilts-Williams of Phantom Pain Films, LLC will oversee the release schedule and sales in tandem with MVD''s team.

Established in 1988, Tempe has been a distributor of VHS, DVD, and now Blu-ray product continuously ever since. Bookwalter most recently restored his 1990 directorial debut The Dead Next Door as part of a critically acclaimed, 3-disc Ultimate Edition Blu-ray from Tempe Digital, a massive release which Dilts-Williams also contributed to.
The first releases under the deal are INDEPENDENCE WARS: INSURGENCE a sci-fi action film, EXORCIST HOUSE OF EVIL, a horror film shot in the real exorcist house, WITH CHILD, a father''s day feel good film and LAZARUS RISING, a good old fashioned action film with Eric Roberts and C. Thomas Howell.
