Tix Corporation Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend by 10%
(firmenpresse) - STUDIO CITY, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/04/16 -- The Board of Directors of Tix Corporation (OTCQX: TIXC), a leading provider of discount ticketing services, has authorized the increase of the Company''s quarterly cash dividend by 10% to $0.055 per share, which represents an annualized rate of $0.22 per common share. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on April 29, 2016 to all stockholders of record as of April 15, 2016.

Tix Corporation (OTCQX: TIXC) provides discount ticketing services. It currently operates 11 discount ticket stores in Las Vegas under its Tix4Tonight marquee, which offers up to a 50 percent discount for same-day shows, concerts, attractions and sporting events, as well as discount reservations for dining.
