Axe Exploration Shareholders Pass All Resolutions at its 2016 Annual Meeting
(firmenpresse) - LAVAL, CANADA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/01/16 -- Axe Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE: AXQ) (the "Company") announces the results of its Shareholders Annual Meeting, held March 31st, 2016, in Laval, Quebec.
At the meeting, the shareholders of the Company voted for the election as director of each of the 4 nominees listed in the Information Circular as well as for the appointment of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton as Auditors of the Company.
With only 55,557,445 shares outstanding, Axe Exploration is well positioned for the eventual economic recovery. The Company owns 100% of the Tresor, Unique, GoldPeak and Commandant Properties as well as 50% of the Destorbelle Property, in partnership with Typhoon Exploration Inc.
