At the Meeting, shareholders approved all resolutions put before them by management, including the election of all director nominees, the appointment of the auditor, the amendment of the company''s articles to include the advance notice policy and the approval of the previously adopted stock option incentive plan, as required annually by the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The following individuals were elected Directors of the Company for the coming year: Dale McClanaghan, Craig Thomas, Deborah Goldbloom, Richard R. Redfern and Matthew Lennox- King.
