ZTEST Cancels Private Placement

(the "Company") (CSE: ZTE) wishes to announce that Management has decided not to proceed with the expansion of the business of Permatech Electronics Corp., the Company''s operating subsidiary, into a wider geographic area at this time and has abandoned the previously announced private placement (see the Press Release dated February 29, 2016).
