ETI-NET Subsidiary Completes the Acquisition of Virtual Tape System (VTS) and SPHiNX Products
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QC -- (Marketwired) -- 03/22/16 -- ETI-NET, the worldwide leading provider of backup systems for industries that never stop, completed today the acquisition of Virtual Tape System (VTS) and Sphinx products for backup, data protection and disaster recovery. The acquisition includes VTS and SPHiNX software, intellectual property, research and development, customer contracts and support agreements.
The acquisition was made by a wholly-owned subsidiary of ETI-NET and broadens the depth of solutions ETI-NET is able to offer large enterprises as they migrate from physical to virtual tape technology.
