SMA Alliance is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive agreement. The definitive agreement was based on the Letter of Intent that was mentioned in the March 1, 2016 press release.
Recently the company announced that it has moved the corporate headquarters from Dallas to Casper, Wyoming. Kit Jennings, CEO of SMA Alliance, commented that, "This definitive agreement is the cornerstone behind our move to Wyoming. The corporate direction of SMA Alliance has shifted to a strategy with the foundation being alternative energy technologies.
