The Company reports that Ronald Netolitzky, M.Sc., Timothy Termuende, P.Geo., Donald Huston, James Pettit and Amanda Chow, CPA, CMA, were re-elected directors of the Company. The shareholders of the Company also approved the re-appointment of Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Accountants as auditors for the Company and approved the renewal of the Company''s Incentive Stock Option Plan.
