Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Acquires Brass Smith Innovations, LLC
(firmenpresse) - LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/15/16 -- Levine Leichtman Capital Partners ("LLCP"), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Brass Smith Innovations, LLC ("BSI" or the "Company"). BSI is the leading manufacturer of innovative food guards, counters, cold pans, heated merchandisers, floor troughs, and custom stainless products to the institutional food service sector. BSI was formed in 1989 and is headquartered in Denver, CO.
