Jill''s House is a full-service overnight respite center providing support to children with special needs and their families. Its 45-bed resort is open to families of all faiths and backgrounds and welcomes an average of 475 children with special needs, between the ages of 6 and 17, every month.
Since its foundation in 2010, Jill''s House has counted solely on contributions from individuals and organizations to provide over 500,000 hours of support, renewal and hope to more than 600 families in Washington D.C. and many more in Maryland, Virginia, Texas, Indiana and Arizona, through local partnerships. The families who receive a full weekend of respite have reported a 73% reduction in stress and every 28 hours a new family is registering at Jill''s House.
The 2016 Big Band Dance for Jill''s House fundraising event, taking place April 16th in Kirby Road, McLean, Virginia, featuring more than 175 guests, music from Radio King Orchestra, heavy hors d''oeuvres by Season 52, dance lessons, a raffle and the opportunity to Sponsor a Child for a Night, will celebrate Jill''s House service to families raising children with special needs.
To participate in the event, a wide range of tickets to the Big Band Dance and pre-event dance lessons, starting at $125, and sponsorship opportunities tailored to fit different budgets and ensure everyone can celebrate Jill''s House service to children with special needs are now available and can be requested by contacting Danielle Whitty at 703-639-5699.
Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsorship alternatives including the opportunity to have the company logo displayed on the event collateral, signage, gift bag card, multi-media presentations and website along with podium mentions, recognition as event sponsor in follow-up letters to attendees and admission to the Big Band Dance and pre-event dance lessons for twelve, eight, six and four people respectively, are provided.
