Patch International Announces Appointment of Director
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/14/16 -- Patch International Inc. ("Patch International" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that David Hawkins has been appointed to the board of directors of Patch International effective March 9, 2016.
Mr. Hawkins has over 20 years of experience in the oilfield services industry. Previously, Mr. Hawkins served as President, CEO, VP Finance and CFO of several energy companies. Mr. Hawkins holds the designations of Chartered Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant with CPA Alberta. Mr. Hawkins also holds the degree of Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Finance from the University of Calgary.
The board of directors welcomes Mr. Hawkins to the board.
