DiaMedica Announces Issue of Shares for Services
(firmenpresse) - MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/10/16 -- DiaMedica Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: DMA)(OTCQB: DMCAF), announces its intention to issue 50,000 shares at a deemed price of $0.20 to BFC Group for business development advisory services in lieu of cash.
The transaction is subject to TSX-V approval. In accordance with the applicable securities laws, the shares to be issued will be subject to a 4-month plus one day hold period from the date of issuance.
