(firmenpresse) - LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwired) -- 03/07/16 -- ("TopiVert" or the "Company"), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing Narrow Spectrum Kinase Inhibitors (NSKIs) as novel locally-acting medicines for the treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and eye, announces that it will present Phase I study data results for TOP1288, its lead compound for the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC), at the 11th Congress of ECCO (European Crohn''s and Colitis Organisation) to be held on 16-19 March 2016 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Data from its First-In-Human randomized double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trial of a novel narrow spectrum kinase inhibitor, will be presented on Friday 18 March 2016 in the "Clinical: therapy and observation" session along with a further four TopiVert posters. Senior members of the management and R&D teams will be available at the conference from 17 March to meet with interested parties.
