Financial Close of Transactions With Groupe Mimran
(firmenpresse) - PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/02/16 -- Avenira Limited (ASX: AEV) (TSX: AEV) is pleased to announce that the joint venture and placement transactions with Groupe Mimran companies have achieved financial close.
Avenira has received approximately A$28 million in proceeds which, combined with Avenira''s cash balance at 31 December 2015 of approximately A$12 million, ensures funding for:

Mr. David Mimran has been appointed to the boards of both BMCC and Avenira Limited.
