Kibit will oversee the creation and execution of all culinary events at the winery. With Kibit on staff, Sokol Blosser''s private event and catering capabilities have increased to accommodate groups seeking tailored tastings, meeting experiences, hosted luncheons and dinners and more.

Before joining Sokol Blosser, Kibit grew his talents at local Portland restaurants such as Noble Rot, D.O.C., Fireside and most recently, Crown Paella. He has also spent time in Napa, California, working at Thomas Keller''s Bouchon Bistro and Ad Hoc. When out of the kitchen, Kibit is an avid nature lover who enjoys hiking, foraging and spending time with his family.
