UA Multimedia Announces New Apparel Division and Corporate Updates
(firmenpresse) - IRVINE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/01/16 -- UA Multimedia, Inc. (OTC: UAMM), a media holding company announces formation of new apparel division and corporate updates.
After assessing the current business and past progress, the board and management agreed to expand the Company''s business beyond media into import export, manufacturing and product distribution.
As an immediate step, the Company will form a new wholly owned subsidiary specializing in apparel. The subsidiary will manufacture the products in Asia and sell them worldwide. Initial focus will be on wholesale of non-brand products with eventual expansion into branded and retail products.
As part of housekeeping and preparation for growth, management is working to get current with OTC Markets. In addition, management is also exploring a few potential partnerships with oversea companies that wish to establish trading relationship with the U.S.
