(firmenpresse) - SANTIAGO, CHILE -- (Marketwired) -- 02/23/16 -- (NYSE: BCA) (SSE: CORPBANCA) announced that it filed today a Material Event Notice with the Chilean Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros scheduling the annual general shareholders meeting for March 11, 2016 and announcing the Board of Directors'' proposal to distribute a dividend in the aggregate amount of Ch$104,082,117,991 (i.e. Ch$0.30580171 per share). At the same date, its market share by loans remained quite stable at 6.1%.
