Khalil says that he owes much of his progressive business model to the education that he received at the Atlanta International School in Atlanta, Georgia. "The school was incredibly diverse." Says Verdell. "I was one of three Americans in my class. It was humbling to be apart of something so unique and inclusive. It taught me that the world is much bigger than the small cities in which we live. I want this organization to mirror that and embody diversity." Furthering the inclusivity of Atmosphera Global, Inc., there is a strong female leadership presence within the organization. Khalil explains that he had strong matriarchs within his family, mainly his mother, grandmother and older sister, which lead him to develop an organization that is gender inclusive as well as culturally inclusive.

Khalil explains, "Everything in our office, from the furniture, to the art work, to the comradery between employees is high energy and mentally stimulating. Through this atmosphere, the organization leads the nation in productivity and currently manages 64% of the Washington market.
