Enercare Inc. Announces Monthly Dividend
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/18/16 -- Enercare Inc. ("Enercare") (TSX: ECI) today announced a cash dividend of $0.07 per common share for the month of February 2016. The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 29, 2016. This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
