(OTC PINK: COTE) (the "Company") has completed its obligations on a joint technology development project known as the "Hydrogen Reactor Project." The Company is working in concert with Aqua Power, LLC, an energy resource development company and Dr. Patrick Hayes of WTF Asia International Ltd., a Hong Kong-based entity to bring the project to the commercialization stage. By reaching this milestone, Dr. Hayes is now in a position to complete the next phase of the technology by integrating the large hydrogen reactor with a technology that he has already developed to power larger commercial and industrial engines. Pictures of the smaller and larger hydrogen reactors are being posted on the Company''s website at .
Company President and CEO, Mr. George J. Coates, comments: "We invested a lot of time and effort on this hi-tech project over the past three years to achieve our goals by completing our part of the project. Using the Hydrogen Reactor, water is converted to Hydroxyl Gas which is then utilized as the fuel source to run internal combustion engines. A number of new related patent applications are in process to protect our intellectual property. The critical objective is to produce enough HOH gas to supply the engine under full load continuously. We believe this can be achieved and we intend to employ this technology to operate our CSRV electric power generator sets. We are working with Dr. Patrick Hayes and Mr. Craig Nelson, President and General Counsel, and Mr. Larry Eastland, General Manager of Aqua Power to commercialize the project.
