I love this to caramelize sugar on top of grapefruit. Just cut a grapefruit in half, loosen the sections so you can easily remove them, then sprinkle with as much sugar as you like and use this torch to caramelize the sugar and make a nice crisp crackle top - add a bit of sea salt to cut the bitterness. Soooooooo good!"
