Cortex Announces Results of July 31, 2015 Annual General and Special Meeting

(TSX VENTURE: CBX)(OTC PINK: CTPNF) (the "Company") announces the conclusion of its Annual General and Special (AGM) meeting for the year ended July 31, 2015, held on January 27, 2016. At the meeting, new Company President and CEO, Joel Leetzow, took attendees through a review of the state of the business while offering insights into the Company''s go-forward plan.
At the Annual and Special General Meeting, the following resolutions were passed with 42.59% of shareholders represented by proxy or in person:
