FTI Foodtech International Inc. Issues Options to Directors and Consultants
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/05/16 -- FTI Foodtech International Inc. (TSX: FTI) ("FTI" or the "Corporation") announces that, in an effort to attract and retain quality board members and consultants, it has issued a total of 700,000 options each at $0.10. There are 500,000 director options issued, each at $0.10 with a three year expiry of February 4, 2019 and 200,000 consultant options issued, each at $0.10 with a two year expiry of February 4, 2018.
All previously outstanding director options had expired by the date of this issuance.
The TSX Venture Exchange Inc. has neither approved nor disapproved the contents of this press release.
