(NEX: ZIP.H) ("ZipLocal") as a result of ZipLocal''s failure to file its annual audited financial statements for the year ending September 30, 2015, management''s discussion and analysis, and CEO and CFO certificates within the timeline prescribed by National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations. ZipLocal is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
