Acquisition of Further Shares of Lara Exploration Ltd.
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/03/16 -- I have acquired ownership of 217,000 common shares (representing 0.69% of the outstanding shares) of Lara Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: LRA) of Vancouver, British Columbia by purchases made through the TSX Venture Exchange an average price of $0.244 per share.
I now have ownership of 2,899,333 common shares (representing 9.26% of Lara''s outstanding common shares) and options to purchase an additional 525,000 common shares. If the options were exercised, I would have ownership of 3,424,333 common shares (representing 10.76% of the outstanding shares of Lara).
The shares were acquired for investment purposes.
I have filed an Early Warning Report with the British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario Securities Commissions in respect of the acquisition. Copies of the Report may be obtained from SEDAR () or without charge from me.
