Verde Media Group Inc. Announces Operational Structure Change
(firmenpresse) - DENVER, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/02/16 -- Verde Media Group Inc. (OTC: VMGI) announces that company has completed operating changes in its business organization and structure. The company is no longer comprised of three divisions. The company will focus its core business in entertainment production and marketing. The Biotech division and Agency Division have been closed and under agreement with BeautyJect Inc., Verde Media Group Inc. will retain its 10% share of the company going forward.
The company will continue to pursue its Green Rushers brand of entertainment and productions. Further the company will be concentrating its effort and energy in the data-marketing tech sector that will support the entertainment brand.
Verde Media Group President, William Veve stated, "We made these changes appropriately to be able to focus and fully take advantage of the opportunity that is being presented to us in the data-marketing technology arena."
