Synodon Issues Shares to Officers
(firmenpresse) - EDMONTON, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/01/16 -- Synodon Inc. ("Synodon" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SYD) announced that pursuant to agreements signed with Nimal Rodrigo (President) and Deborah Rodrigo (CFO) respectively, dated May 1, 2015 and as announced in a press release dated May 28, 2015, the Company issued 91,324 shares in lieu of cash remuneration for services rendered during the period from January 1, 2016 to January 31, 2016. The shares were issued at a deemed price of $0.0548 being the average of the closing price of the shares on the TSX Venture Exchange for the last twenty trading days preceding January 31, 2016.
