President & CEO Ian Rozier Steps Down
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/01/16 -- Eastern Platinum Limited (the "Company") (TSX: ELR)(JSE: EPS) announces that Ian Rozier will be stepping down as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective January 31, 2016. Ian will remain as a director of the Company. David Cohen, Chairman of the Company, will henceforth also serve as President and CEO.
"Ian has led Eastplats since its inception in 2003. With the extreme challenges currently faced by the PGM industry, Eastplats has maintained its asset base and proactively protected its balance sheet," said David Cohen, Chairman of the Company. "Ian has agreed to remain on the board to assist with ongoing South African matters.
