Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. Declares Distribution for Fourth Quarter 2015
(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 01/29/16 -- Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: EEP) ("Enbridge Partners") announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.583 per unit, or $2.332 per unit on an annualized basis on all of its outstanding units for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. The approved distribution remains unchanged from the previous quarter and represents an increase of 2.3 percent over the fourth quarter of 2014. The distribution is payable on February 12, 2016, to unitholders of record at the close of business on February 5, 2016.
Enbridge Energy Management, L.L.C. (NYSE: EEQ) ("Enbridge Management") today declared a distribution of $0.583 per share payable on February 12, 2016, to shareholders of record on February 5, 2016. The distribution will be paid in the form of additional shares of Enbridge Management valued at the average closing price of the shares for the 10 trading days prior to the ex-dividend date on February 3, 2016.
Enbridge Partners will host a conference call at 10 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 to review its fourth quarter 2015 earnings and present its 2016 financial guidance.
