Under the terms of the agreement, the Company''s wholly owned subsidiary, Major Hemp, will exclusively supply Hemp Angel Products with raw hemp ingredients including organic hemp oil and hemp seed. Monthly order fulfillment of hemp oil will proceed through the rest of the year and will auto-renew every 12 months unless otherwise noted by either party.
Hemp Angel Products manufactures and retails hemp lip balm, hemp soaps, body butters and lotion bars made with all-natural ingredients and no added chemicals or additives. Hemp Angel Products use holistic healing oils such as hemp seed oil including omega-3, omega-6, omega-9 essential fatty acids. Major Hemp continues to focus on supplying and partnering with innovative, growing companies within the hemp industry such as Hemp Angel Products.
