(the "Company"), at a price of $0.025 per Share. Prior to the purchase of these Units, Mr. Farris owned an aggregate 498,598 Shares of the Company, representing approximately 9% of the Company''s issued and outstanding common share capital. Mr. Farris now owns a total of 598,598 Shares of the Company, representing approximately 10.8% of the issued and outstanding common share capital of the Company. Mr. Farris has acquired the Shares for investment purposes and may acquire further securities of the Company for investment purposes, in the market or privately, from time to time.
