PUDO Inc. Enters Into a Marketing Agreement With Innovative Marketing

("PUDO" or "the Company") (CSE: PDO)(OTCQB: PDPTF) is pleased to announce that effective December 18, 2015 it entered into a marketing agreement (the "Agreement") with Innovative Marketing ("IM") for an indefinite term to provide the Company with certain advertising and investor relations services. As consideration for the services provided, PUDO will pay IM a monthly fee of US$5,000 during the term of the Agreement, which may be payable in either cash or common shares at the option of the Company. The Agreement may be terminated by either party at the end of any month during the term of the Agreement.
